Jane has been involved in creating art since she was a little girl. Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas, she began painting ceramics with her mother. Jane has progressed and refined her art, now working in abstract art in a variety of media, including watercolors, acrylic, mixed water media and photography. Her creative work now concentrates on abstract and contemporary styles.A self-taught artist, Jane enjoys the freedom to create works that are an expression of herself and of her life. She has won many awards, and exhibits her work her work throughout north Texas, She is involved with several art organizations including, the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco, Frisco Arts Association, Texas Area Artists, Mesquite Creative Arts Center, Artists Round Texas (ART), Irving Arts Center, Arlington Visual Arts Association, Rowlett Library, Sachse Library, the McKinney Avenue Contemporary.
